Very specific industry to work in. If you do not have previous experience, you will fail no matter how much you try. Proper training and leadership is non-existent. When help is needed, you are to figure it out on your own or catch the wrath of upper management of not doing your job. You will be treated as you are a threat, even though you are just asking proper questions to understand your job. No room for growth yet alone the true education behind what's needed to understand your job. As a female in a male dominated industry, that will be well known by the remarks made by your physical appearance. Adult bullies, shame on you.
