Pros
Good people, somewhat laid back. I never had any problems getting tooling for my job, and had complete autonomy to complete tasks. As long as the work got done, everything was good.
Cons
The only real downside I encountered, related to compensation. The pay for work relationship is non existent, it is more of a long term loyalty approach. If you can stick it out staying broke for a few years, then maybe some gains could be had. Although an effort was made in the right direction, it was too little too late.
