      Awesome management, lots of opportunities for growth. Non-toxic work environment, lots of flexibility, and a work from home set-up. Perfect if you're an offshore staff from third world countries because of the USD hourly pay.

      Cons

      Minimum USD hourly pay, too low if you are from developed countries.
