Thank you for providing your feedback regarding your time at CES. The reality of change in our business and workload require us to make adjustments as needed and required. We understand the importance of transparent and current communications. We reach out to all our employees in multiple ways, such as our annual Employee Engagement Survey, Open Door Policy, Team Meetings (with executive attendance) and posting routine company updates on our internal message board “Spaces”. We solicit and encourage employee feedback when making decisions that could impact them and CES. That said, we understand that not all employees will agree with the direction of the company.
We conduct exit interviews with all employees who voluntarily resign and highly value feedback from both current and former employees. While we believe an invitation to provide your feedback was extended to you, I’m unsure of the specifics regarding your departure. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our HR department at any time to help us better understand your experience.
Our Discretionary Time Off (DTO), and previous paid time off policies, are in place to give all employees quality time off for vacation or personal reasons. Since the implementation of our DTO program, employees have been able to enjoy more flexibility and a better work life balance.
We are confident that our total compensation is competitive. Our ongoing merit increase program rewards employee performance and growth over time. At CES, we believe in creating a great workplace that offers opportunities to advance in both careers and compensation.
We encourage our employees to continuously grow and improve, preparing them for future opportunities. We provide tools to help them identify and address knowledge gaps, supporting their personal and professional growth through our employee development and high potential programs. Several participants in these programs have successfully advanced into key first line and senior management roles within the company.
