Everything about this company. Mystery shoppers are the worst paid and worst treated people with this lot. Completely crazy assignment allocation that will take you miles out of your way. The instructions are vague and the office staff will not pay you if you misinterpret their instructions - which they change the parameters of and then don't pay you. The office staff are also hard to contact and are generally uncooperative. I have done less than ten mystery shops now and I won't be paid for at least 3 of them, due to unclear instructions and nit picking office staff. I have also had to travel nearly 120 miles and spent over £20 of my own money. This is not going to be worth your while - avoid this costly mistake and seek employment elsewhere.
