Excellent Work Culture - Consultant Customized Energy Solutions Employee Review

Thank you for taking the time to write a review - I appreciate it. I don't think I could have written a better line of what we hope to achieve in our company culture than, "Very knowledgeable employees that enjoy helping each other." In regards to the weakness we have liked the idea of all being in the same boat and if we overall do well everyone does well. But you are right that this has limitations; and this year we are experimenting with "exceptional" bonuses to try to recognize outstanding contributions. Let us know how we do.
