Pros
- Work life balance - 4 day work week for the whole company - A extensive benefits package which is VERY generous with allowances - Inclusive culture - Genuinely care about your wellbeing
Cons
- Not much progression once you reach a certain level in Customer Operations and a low turnover in staff (which is good of course) but means no opportunities in different departments - No flexibility to hold a second job/outside interest (own small business for example) - No recognition for those in Customer Operations who go above and beyond, no bonuses etc.
