      Pros

      Good corporate culture and very nice facilities. The code base and architecture is very interesting They keep a good work-life balance and everyone are super nice to work with.

      Cons

      A bit unstable after few massive layoffs No clear direction or opportunities to grow

      Very transparent culture; very accessible leadership.

      Cons

      Some minor time zone inconveniences given that the development team works out of Tel Aviv. I was somewhat envious of the very warm in-office culture there.

      Very collaborative atmosphere with smart people and interesting challenges

      Cons

      Leadership style is not the most "professional". A lot of decision are being made without data to back them up or a clear thesis to bundle them together into a strategy
