There are no cons that I can think of

Everyone is Family. The founders welcome everyone into the company with open arms and they treat everyone as equals. Everyone shares in the success and all strive to build a positive brand. After 28 years in the US Army I can't think of a better environment and people to surround myself with.

I can't think of any downside to working at or with Cyabra.
