The work culture is supportive, with a focus on collaboration and innovation. Management is transparent and encourages open communication, ensuring that employees feel valued and heard.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Communication between departments could be better to ensure smoother collaboration across teams. Sometimes, the workload can feel a bit overwhelming, especially during peak periods, and there could be more focus on providing additional resources to help manage it.
