It is a place where you could learn and have hands on experirence with Esri Softwares like ArcGIS Pro, Online, Enterprise etc
Cons
Poor management 2 year compulsory bond. Even if you are chronically sick they wont let you go. Your health will become worst. Wont receive your educational certificate until bond is over. Groupism in teams and favouritism by management. Even before interview being held for high position all will know who will be selected.
