Pros
Good networking opportunities, decent pay, some good travel opportunities
Cons
Its clear if you read the CEO's responses to all the other negative reviews that he is not somebody you want to work for. He will take advantage of you and manipulate you if you let him, and micromanages EVERYONE, not just people who are terrible at their job You'll be paid a decent day rate, but when you consider overtime you'll be working 60-80 hour weeks with short turnarounds, it's not worth it, and Jeff will nickle and dime you based on his overly complicated pay scale According to some of his current team, they're struggling to find talent, and you will be saddled with extra work for no extra pay if you're one of the people that knows what they're doing. If you work for this company, be sure to set clear boundaries early on or you will get walked all over
