      Pros

      The pay is above the industry average, and my colleagues are nice people.

      Cons

      Cygnet is a company that's infamous for having a toxic management. But the word "toxic" is simply not enough to describe the horrible treatment that the employees experience under the current leadership. Most of the managers here are always aggressive and hostile, and they are verbally abusive and condescending all the time.

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Cons

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
