      Pros

      I feel fulfilled with my job, especially knowing that I'm ablt to help people

      Cons

      Sadly, the ledership of Cygnet is the one that doesn't provide any help to the employees. It's a bit ironic that the employees here are tasked to support the clients while the management can't even be bothered to make any effort to support the employees. Although I'm passionate to what I do, I still wouldn't recommend working for Cygnet.

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Cons

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
