Pros
-Company will promote on ability. If you know your stuff, you'll get promotions -You will learn. A lot.
Cons
-Unpaid, mandated on-call (every 6-8 weekends you must be on-call!!!) -Managment mandates in person work while they work remotely at will -Entry level pay is just way too low. You could make more at Taco Bell -Processes are not well defined, some days everyone is just running around trying to put out fires -Company has 0 discretion when bringing on clients, which puts the technicians in a really bad spot -(some) management is rude and condescending -No sick days without taking PTO, only ten (10!) days of PTO per year.
