      Pros

      Christmas Party, Owner is cool.

      Cons

      While I was there management was absolutely abysmal, no empathy, salary pay and they demand everyone work 48 hours, wasn't enough IT personnel for the jobs they had, oh if the team is still small; do not allow them to gaslight you, ask for more than what they offer the tickets are crazy.
