We are really pleased that you (and other interns) decided to join us. It was Cylynt's first year working with interns and you all have made it such a positive experience for us, with real value added, we most definitely will continue with our internship program as a result. We hope it was as beneficial for you too. One of the things that held us back from internships in Cylynt was, as a growing, but still relatively small company, we would not be able to support you properly to give you a valuable experience. You have rightly identified training as an area for us to improve on that we did not get entirely right this first time around. Please do share more detailed feedback with Bezhad and Damien as to the training you feel would have been of benefit to you coming into Cylynt.
