      Pros

      The company culture, the missionand the values of the company are great. Well established, and has money from their own pocket to finish every project they start.

      Cons

      The regional (Curitiba) is not so great. A lot of ego involved, HR does not value the employyes, but valeu their personla golas as to keep salaries to the "cheapest", for exemple.

      A company that always try to bring the best to its customers. Very rewarding and proud to be part of its dvelopments

      VERY family-owned company. Decisions are made without the ideal rational sometimes, with the owners deciding based on their own judgment
