      Pros

      Nice equipment. Lots of people work hard and mean well.

      Cons

      The management is extremely shady and is constantly involved in some kind of litigation for a myriad of issues. Totally deceitful business practices and a lack of ethical conduct with customers and employees. There was not a day that went by here that I did not want to leave.

      Pros

      Easy job, low pressure. So-so benefits like insurance and healthcare. End of year bonus is decent usually so long as you haven't gotten on the owner's bad side.

      Cons

      Owner doesn't care about employees, culture of distrust. Promises are made with have no intentions of keeping them. Outdated computer systems, unfair and unequal compensation. Culture of kicking the can down the road, orders with customers are late with no plans for improvement.
