Pros

You get to eat the left overs from client entertainment

Cons

Overworked and underpaid! No appreciation given to those that actually put in the work. Disgruntled miserable employees that choose to stay and make those around them miserable too. They do not get rid of the bad staff.....keep them around and make production go down like the titanic. The CEO main concentration is expense cuts.

Thank you for taking time to share this feedback with us, we are very sorry to hear this about your experience at CyrusOne. We would like to encourage you to discuss your concerns with your manager or contact our HR department so we can work together and find a solution. In our quarterly All-Employee calls our President and CEO, Gary Wojtaszek, give out his personal cell phone number if you ever have any questions or concerns. You have a huge support system behind you. Our intention is to make CyrusOne the best place you have ever worked. As you have seen in our Rules of the Road we look for Glass Half-full employees and value Respect in the workplace. We strive to pay our employees with competitive wages and offer a wonderful benefits package (Bonus, 401k, Employee Stock Purchase Plan with a 15\% discount, HSA and other medical benefit contributions, and a great PTO package.) It is true that we focused a lot on expense savings this year, but in doing so we achieved investment grade and every quarter we managed to beat market consensus. We are now tracking a bonus for the year that is greater than 130\% of the target! Thank you again for your feedback, it helps us to make CyrusOne bigger and better for current and future employees.

Pros

They offer hybrid / remote roles.

Cons

I’m trying to be as honest and fair as possible here. To start off, the on-boarding process was non existent. You are expected to be an expert in how the company is structured and where you can find proper resources from the get go. Standards for any part of the company are non-existent. They are really disorganized and their excuse is that they’re a “small company..” everyone is really stressed all the time. people are not open to helping you and on the contrary 9/10 you get hostile folks. this is mainly because people are overworked by the lack of guidance and the company has a history of letting go of people. Seems like when things start going wrong higher ups are very quick to blame the people below them.everyone is desperate to show their value so they don’t get fired. This creates a mindset that there is a finite amount of work/solutions that can be provided. Often creating non productive competition between teams. If you don’t mind this stuff then you are good to come work here. But if you care about company culture then you will most likely be disappointed.
