Pros
1. If you're lucky to work on good projects, you get to learn technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Pyspark etc. 2. If you prefer late nights and not early mornings, their timings would be suitable.
Cons
1. Notice period is increased to 3 months from 2 months. 2. Functions as a employee-cost cutting organization with high work hour expectations but no equivalent remuneration. This is fresher friendly organization. 3. Highly favorable to few old timers where few people get a 20% hike every 6 months whereas others don't hit even a 10% hike yearly. However, if you're below 10L range, you can be taken care well provided you meet their puppy guidelines. 4. Less than 10% of India employees gets paid above 20L. If your starting a new role as a lateral entry with your salary in the 18+ range, your growth options are very limited unless they feel you're an irreplaceable resource. 5. Middle Management is pathetic - No one has the knowledge or the ownership to get into depth of any problems but instead only redirect you to new people. 6. Beware of the US sponsorships they offer to use it as tool to make you feel grateful - Do enquire about the minuscule pay they intend to offer in US, contracts you're required to sign, other restrictions etc. 7. Mundane projects with an aim to only make money to signing new deals but no innovation in problem solving. 8. Internal mobility only at management's convenience which never happens for many.
