Pros
Small tight knit team Consistent schedule Always had work to do Flexibility in how work got done Good pay for a person my age
Cons
The owners were very... conservative... in their thinking Many of the technicians were crass It was very clear that I was not totally welcome on the team (the owners were nice, but everyone else was less nice) There was no real way to advance in the company unless someone quit, which makes it kinda cut-throat
