Pros
Good team members and less politics
You can learn a lot of things in a short time
Friendly TL who is always ready to share his knowledge
Lots of extracurricular activities apart from work
Cons
Salary is very poor they won't pay well
The Digital Marketing team has a complaint box and the only work is complaining to management
Experienced ppl will not get paid well hr will give reasons for not paying
PF contribution is NILL simply deduct from salary but not contribute
They keep employees on bond & keep their original marks cards which I feel is illegal
