      Pros

      Great benefits like Medical, Child Education and Dependent Tax.

      Cons

      Great if you like to have a fear of getting fired every Quarter, the managers can and do fire people based on Racism, Personal Dislike and so on. They will just say Performance issues while in the last 30 days they will be saying your name as a great performer in front of the whole company. Its really confusing but people are just there to make money from the PIF fund.

      Good salary for an expat who usually pay taxes

      Cons

      This company has always had a broken culture based on micromanagement, lack of trust, backstabbing and politics. You are expected to be available always. You often hear: “forget about your vacations”, “you are expected to work on holidays (Eid)”. A toxic environment which got elevated by a new CEO who is a sociopath interested in getting a place at the table for his argentinian buddies from Globant. If you like: court politics, throwing your friends under the bus, a blame culture - this is a place for you.
