Good pay and benefits. Great 401k plan.

No real cons. Maybe no growth in certain positions.

Great starting with additional pay for benefits.

Sub-contractor so you do not get all of the benefits of the job. A lot of injuries due to the constant heavy lifting. Company insurance is extremely high and rises even more from time to time. You have to change companies in order to move up or receive pay increase which is next to impossible. Some employees have been at the company 10+ years with a degree and prior military and still make the same amount as entry level employees. Is also a power struggle between two races which sometimes makes things a bit uncomfortable.
