Pros
I was able to gain a lot of career related experience working at Dacco as they offered a lot of employee trainings. The majority of my co-workers were great people who enjoyed being able to help others in the community,
Cons
The "Third Floor" is not held accountable for some of their actions and decisions. There seems to be a degree of prejudice going on when it comes to the hiring of management. Also, the "Third Floor" was unable to accept that when things don't seem to be going smoothly, they need to own their part in the decisions that fostered the problem to begin with rather than seek out scape goats.
