Working alongside smart and motivated people, with a wealth of experience to share. The firm wants people to learn more about their broader business and promotes well rounded employees -- in any given position (new business, contracting, SME work, etc.) there are opportunities to gain experience in many different functional and regional fields if you pursue it. As an employee owned company, there is an effort to provide everyone with a transparent outlook of company initiatives, growth strategies, market trends, etc. It is a vibrant and truly global firm with a bright future.
Cons
Nearly everyone is hyper-motivated. Near universal dedication to "going above and beyond" can take a toll. If you're accustomed to the pace, and willing to put in the effort it is generally recognized by leadership but not always reflected in compensation.
