Where do I even start? They don't provide insurance or any communication whatsoever. It took them three months to pay my first salary, and they show no respect or professionalism towards their employees. They didn't even inform me that there would be a delay in payments. They view people as disposable, lacking any human-centeredness. Their hiring process is so extensive that they easily let people go and hire new ones. It's that simple for them. The company is made up of the worst and most corrupt individuals, with the director and manager leading the pack. They have no standards, are incompetent, and reflect their own shortcomings onto their coworkers.
