      - Great group of people in Dublin office, brilliant atmosphere with a very unified goal - Very experienced group of people in both Sales & Engineering - Great environment for enthusiastic newcomers to AR to learn about the technology - Great customers who are passionate about the product - DAQRI Smart Glasses & Smart helmet designed for real-world professional uses.

      Cons

      - Communication can be slightly erratic but it has improved 100% since I joined 18 months ago

      Pros

      It's a great place to work for its strong research and development support. The company is in relatively smaller scale compare to their industry competitor; which indicates a lot of opportunities and challenges to offer.

      Cons

      The reality of the market is harsh to any innovate company in AR devices field, the business forecast is nowhere close to ramping up in the near future.
