      Pros

      People seemed to like their work People at lower level were nice and got along with each other. Free food on Fridays, snacks + drinks it was balanced work and life for me can travel for work if needed (if you like traveling)

      Cons

      Communication wasn't great from upper management Too many layoffs happened Have to ask to work on something else multiple times Deadlines every two weeks with no specific requirements. Things would be changed from all teams and nobody knows what got changed until the day of release

      Pros

      It's a great place to work for its strong research and development support. The company is in relatively smaller scale compare to their industry competitor; which indicates a lot of opportunities and challenges to offer.

      Cons

      The reality of the market is harsh to any innovate company in AR devices field, the business forecast is nowhere close to ramping up in the near future.
