Pros

The employees. Decent place if you are entering the workforce but nobody stays long.

Cons

The working environment is all a show. You will walk in and will be amazed by the noise, games, etc. but moral is extremely low. The CEO talks down to her employees and will call them idiots in email. She likes to call people out on mistakes to other leadership groups that have nothing to do with the mistake. She enjoys to put people down. There is no accountability. Leadership and executives lie and cheat the system. I’m a little surprised they haven’t been sued yet for all the wrongful employee doings. I recommend reading the rest of the negative reviews. There is a lot of truth in them. I highly recommend you choose a different company. This company is a REVIEW MANAGEMENT company, take the positive reviews with a grain of salt! They are fake, they have employees write the good ones when bad ones come out.

What continues to be fake are these reviews from competitors, not reviews from employees at DAS which is what this site encourages – so it’s not surprising in the least that this one suggests “you choose a different company”. The other “tell” is that the individuals writing these reviews are in the reputation space as they only speak negatively about the CEO since they know naming any other individual violates site policies and would be grounds for removal. There has been no name-calling in any form or fashion other than apparently unsuccessful individuals doing so through these comical reviews. Our team is very tenured, staying longer than any industry average across all teams and departments. DAS is much more than a review management company as we have incredible customer engagement and CX technology solutions that produce great results. What is accurate is that our awesome company has never been sued and we believe in an open, collaborative, high-integrity environment that supports our team and loves our 5,000+ happy clients. The more of these reviews we see the more we know we are doing the right thing with our growth and continued success as these desperate acts seem to be a last resort for individuals that can’t seem to create their own success and happiness.

Pros

Working at DAS Technology has been one of the best experiences of my career. The culture is supportive, welcoming, and engaging, with monthly events, volunteer opportunities, and team-building activities that help employees connect and grow together. The company offers excellent benefits, including health insurance coverage for long-term employees, a generous PTO program, and opportunities to participate in trade shows and special projects that support professional growth. DAS also does a great job recognizing employees for going above and beyond through awards, recognition programs, and special trips. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and encourages employee feedback, creating a positive and collaborative environment. After almost eight years with the company, I still feel valued, supported, and excited to be part of the team.

Cons

Like any growing company, there can be times when workloads increase and processes evolve quickly. That said, these situations also create opportunities to learn, adapt, and take on more responsibility, which helps with professional growth.

Pros

The best part of working here is the people – I’m surrounded by smart, supportive teammates and approachable leaders who genuinely care about doing the right thing for clients and for each other. Collaboration is encouraged, and it’s easy to get help or feedback when you need it. The benefits package is very competitive, with solid health coverage and thoughtful extras that show the company is invested in employees’ well-being. I also really appreciate the office location: it’s convenient, safe, and walkable, with plenty of nearby food and coffee options that make being in the office enjoyable.

Cons

Like any growing company, priorities can shift quickly, so you have to be comfortable with change and staying flexible. That said, leadership is generally transparent about what’s happening and why, which helps a lot.
