Organization is working for a causes that's crucial; yet very rarely addressed in India. A 10/ 10 for that.

Favouritism. Toxic Managers-especially the woman leading NORTH WEST region. She had been fired once on the complaint made by entire team but was re-hired due to favouritism. Makes personal comments on team members' appearance and pulls them down. Insecure person, and will make sure you are always doubting yourself. Company keeps extending your probation and even put you on PIP repeatedly to save money. NO JOB SECURITY.
