Pros
Pay and benefits are competitive. As each location is relatively small (less than 50 employees on average) work was like a second home, co-workers were great, just like family.
Cons
Over the last 3 years, upper management has had very poor vision, trying new services and then giving up on them too soon. It was confusing to employees, so I know it was confusing to customers.
