somewhat decent hourly pay for people in lower leadership and not close enough to be decent but manageble hourly pay for associates. Overtime if you like that

- never see you families/partners again - company over camaraderie -mental and physical health are not prioritised and not important over the customer/client contract -Management treats you like a number instead of a human being - not allowed to speak out against inhumane conditions or mistreatment - corporate HR has been compromised and doesnt care about your well being - Exempt employees (salary paid) are REQUIRED to work overtime without any compensation.
