A highly professional work environment, everyone knows their roles. Work Volume is high but manageable *IF* you can stay out of the pitfalls

Some project managers (project leaders) try to tell you how to carry out your design approach, but will not take accountability for it when things go wrong, leading 2x - 3x more work then leave you holding the "hot potato". Always get their instructions on record (email or message screenshots). Some staff favouritism. Tend to favour FT's.
