Pros

The middle managers sometimes allow the better employees to think and do the job they were hire for without micro-managing which translates into a better performance, creativity and productivity. The medical/health and dental insurance are high-quality, as well as the 401(K) with matching employer’s contribution and the paid vacation time.

Cons

There is a cultural disconnect between senior management and other parts of the organization that definitely affects the motivation of the company’s employees as well as its level of staff retention. Moreover, the lack of diversity in the workforce, mostly Hispanics without knowledge of the English language makes communication inside the company a truly nightmare.

Pros

- Schedule was somewhat adaptive for my particular position, 7am - 3:30pm was about as good as it gets in terms of still being able to have a life - I got to work with some awesome co-workers and we all looked out for each other

Cons

Oh boy, where to start... The biggest flaw at this company is the management team, they are quite simply a bunch of unorganized and uncommunicative clowns. Most of them have no real idea what's going on and need to hunt down employees to find answers because they often don't have an open line of communication with their employees. Simple common sense things like planning and logistics COMPLETELY escapes these people. On top of all of that, the pay rate frankly sucks for the work they're asking people to do. The raises are rare and pretty pathetic, I worked there for two years and never got a single raise, others worked the same time frame and only got about 28 cents. What is someone supposed to do with 28 cents extra per hour? Nothing, that's what. Oh and the overtime, they "offer" overtime, but it's not really optional for a' lot of people, it's made to feel like it's mandatory and you see people there slaving away working what I can only presume is 80+ hours at 12 dollars an hour. It also seems strange to me that they almost exclusively hire people who only speak Spanish and recently immigrated here from other countries. I'm pretty sure it's because those people haven't lived in America long enough to realize how badly they're getting screwed.
