Very controlling place, must keep up appearances! Autocratic company- only MD can make the call Lack of progression- not sure future of the company since it’s a one man show Top and bottom heavy, few mid level staff Stifling environment although supposed to be a creative field Pay below market average & no transparency - don’t stay too long, if you have ambitions Secretive atmosphere; lack of sharing and openness The boss seems to act as though you owe him, seen many who served faithfully for years got a thankless sour treatment when decide to leave - be clear what you want, get in and get out.
