Pros

- My position is fully remote/WFH. - Freedom in my schedule. - Positive and supportive teammates. -Management consistently looks for ways to make improvements in all aspects of the business.

Cons

The only con I've experienced is working with clients who are poor communicators or have unrealistic expectations.

Pros

The managers and head of DCA are very fair to both clients and employees. Duties and tasks vary by client, and can range from repetitive/mundane to new skills that need to be learned. Managers are very involved and will help you acquire new skills needed and assign you clients that fit your skillset and background. Remote environment is tough with sometimes little interaction or sparse communication, but everyone makes an effort to reach out.

Cons

Work/life balance is sometimes hard to achieve when working remote - the work is always there and close by. Finding the balance is key to being successful with your clients and your home life.
