Let managers get away with mistreating employees. HR doesn’t value you and won’t let owners know what issues are, so you have to talk directly with owners if you want to be heard. Scheduling is chaotic because managers make them to suit their schedules. For example, one manager attends school so schedules complies with her school schedules but won’t work around others. One manager is incredibly rude and condescending, but HR refused to do anything. As a barista, you will get in trouble for the smallest thing but managers can break rules . As a barista, you will be doing the managers duties such as : deep cleaning, refilling cash register with change, doing milk and inventory orders, etc; but you get paid less.
