Pros
-Great community between office staff. -Nice benefits -The opportunity to see/participate on the great stages of New York City.
Cons
-Management is very poor and senior staff is extremely difficult to work with. -You will be promised growth and will not get it. If you do, you will not receive compensation for it. -There is no HR; the company hides that it’s all run by the owner’s family. -You are tricked into taking a salary “package,” but actually only receive a bit above minimum wage when you start.
