Pros
Uniform allowance and 10% discount on jewellery in stores worked. TLs who cover the area are lovely same with overall area manager but current TL designated to area is not. Staff in shops DCK does jewellery for are very professional and great to get along with
Cons
Low wages - amount you’re paid changes every month not sure if it’s due to currency conversion rates as it’s an English company. RAs are nice to work with but lack of management or very poorly trained team leader in certain areas who doesn’t seem to like particular employees and has talked behind their backs on occasion also doesn’t pull her weight as reported by staff in shops worked by RAs and doesn’t listen to RA’s needs/advice. Sales lists and price points in sales not sent on in deliveries and TL only sends on headers as they don’t know how to scroll down past the header picture to the list of sale stock codes to screenshot it and send to RAs leaving them scanning everything on shop floor and in back of house. Not much room for improvement always talk of training available but nothing done when asked. If on casual dockets as hours available are very limited for RA, it’s very hard to get them signed on time to hand them in as TL isn’t where they say they’ll be at all times can change at last minute leaving you unable to be paid. Uniform allowance can be hard to collect as either no one is around or TL will say they are there on a certain day then send a message to the group to say they won’t be there after RAs send messages to say they have arrived. Also TL tends to put their own uniform allowance before RAs allowance and will refuse to write up their allowance until they feel like doing it.
