Opportunity galore. Once a great name and company that cared for its people.

Toxic culture. Terrible working environment, Clueless leadership. Thankfully the private equity owner finally took action to exit the imposter at the helm, but sadly the HR leader remains which is the core of the cultural problems that run deep throughout the majority of the businesses within it's so called 'Group'. Such a shame.

1) Supportive, welcoming people and a strong team spirit 2) Interesting work with real business impact (lots of improvement and transformation) 3) Good exposure across functions and opportunities to learn quickly 4) Open communication and generally approachable leadership 5) Fast-paced environment that keeps you engaged

1) Workload can be high during peak periods; you need to be comfortable with pace and change 2) Some processes are still maturing, so there can be occasional ambiguity while things evolve
