Pros
Breakfast and lunch are free. Health insurance is fully covered. The building and office space is very nice. The location is great.
Cons
The company has too much turnover. People don't last more than a year. While there are some great people in the design side, the rest are very rude. It's a work-around-the-clock type of job. When they say jump, you jump. The salary does not go hand-in-hand with how many hours you are required to work. Some of the upper-management need to be trained on how to run a business. The controller does not know the basics of accounting, which can lead to audit findings. Too many useless meetings. Nothing is ever on time, which creates the overtime that you do not get paid for. Owners of the company do not say hello to their employees.
