Won't recommend their Indian company - Business Development DE-CIX Management Employee Review

The cons are based on my experience in working with the Indian company of DECIX. - Long working hours - Irregular Salaries and lesser than industry standard (and they keep holding your variables and delay it for months) - No work life balance - No training provided to the new joiners - Even when you leave the company, your FNF would be denied. - You will be made to serve notice period for minimum five months unofficially and then the official three months is there. - The HR team that handles Indian team, has no idea and no say in internal issues and escalations.
