Pros

Biggest pro is that you're fully remote and you are able to work on your time and conditions. If you're a student or you're looking for an additional income, by simply doing the bare minimum and just "existing" in the company's structure, you'll be more than happy in DECA. The people that worked at the higher stages and set the tone were amazing.

Cons

-VERY low pay for their Bulgarian employees, quite frankly, insulting. The payment system has not been updated in over 4 years, and even then the pay was questionably low. You'll be lucky if you're offered 50 euro PER MONTH pay raise after multiple promotions and 3+ years with the company. However, the marketing talk how something great is coming and you should be excited is constant, with absolutely 0 results in the past 3 years. -Very rigid hierarchy and promoting process. Literally it is easier to quit the company, apply for a position that is higher than your station, but you're fully qualified for, and get the job this way, than actually be promoted through the company's ranks. -Due to the 2 points above, a lot of the able people, that were moving the company forward, understandably, moved on to companies where their experience and abilities are actually valued. Most of the people that are now left in DECA either just exist and doing the bare minimum to not get fired and collect a pay-check, or are more worried about appearing busy, than actually doing their job.

Contract based position which means no benefits like paid leaves etc

I was treated horribly, I would give no pros to this company

Cons

Treated with disrespect. Lied to about payment. Never received payment for work done. Ignored.
