They offer their employees 80% discount on their products.
Cons
They were illegally paying all of their sales associates on an unreliable bi-monthly pay schedule when we were hired with a bi-weekly pay schedule in our contracts. There is at least 3 times during the year where employees go a month without pay based on this pay schedule. When brought to management and HR they refused to change it based on the difficulty it would take to do so. Due to their incredible popularity, the company was growing too quickly and the company structures and policies couldn't catch up. Sales associates were doing the jobs of office employees because of the overflow and weren't compensated.
