As start up interested and joined but later regretted very much

I strongly recommend no to this company. As the working culture not at all good. Management is not at all good. No appreciation for work. How much ever hardwork employee do's manager won't consider. And Candidate joined or not no information. No incentives. No proper salaries at time and last month of working employee won't provide one month salary.
