Pros
DEKA is a place where you won't be micromanaged, but you will stand out if you don't put a good effort forward. Everyone on my team enjoys working with eachother, and we all love coding (most of the time). The mentality is that you should be willing to put your best effort in, because that is what you should expect of yourself.
Cons
In exchange for freedom to work on the things you want, when you want, DEKA typically pays SWEs in lower ranges. This is exaggerated at surface visbility by no income tax in NH.
