Pros
Decent pay. Clean environment. Great experience building job. Low level workers are good people for the most part. Decent benefits.
Cons
They don't lay off---they fire you. Good ole boy system of management since Japanese turned over to American. Never had to call the state about an issue until I worked there, very upsetting. Still owe me a weeks wages. Not a good place to work if you have kids and want to see them.
