      Pros

      Generally good benefits and pay. For the most part, the working environment is not that bad - by this I mean most of the places are climate controlled.

      Cons

      Alot of hours are expected. Working daily overtime and weekends is pretty much the normal expectation. Lots of changes are always going on.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
